We are a Swiss non-profit. We train talent, put it to aid and gain experience on real projects, and connect it with founders and with companies globally with a strong focus on Germany and Switzerland. We do not bring money — we bring people and resources.

Training
We do not tie you to one super intelligence. You learn between five and eight technologies and what each is individually good at, through teaching exercises that are already proven.

A volunteer bootcamp doing web and desktop development on one of our real projects: housing, language, legal orientation, employment, news.

As a non-profit we hold discounts from Google, Anthropic, Canva, Adobe and other technology providers — that is how we put a subsidised licence in every student’s hands. We name them as the source of those discounts, not as sponsors.
The model
The non-profit keeps 20 %
100 % of what we raise keeps the projects alive. Many of our products go on to become serious businesses for investors.
When a product created in our bootcamps becomes a for-profit startup, our non-profit keeps 20 %. That is why the human capital we invest stays aligned with the mission: the return flows back into it instead of away from it.
That 20 % applies only to products created in our bootcamps. We also support existing startups whose product solves a social challenge — those arrangements are negotiated as custom deals.

Who we are
It started as a volunteer project in Bern
What began as a volunteer project in Bern grew across Latin America, Central Europe and the German-speaking world into a network of partner organisations. We are members of volkswirtschaftbeo.ch, the economic cooperative of the Bern region.
Each organisation owns a piece of the problem: housing, language, legal orientation, employment, news. We share one brand, one method and one standard of responsibility.
