Legal aid — state indemnizaciones (RUD + tutelas)

Colombia has COP 10 trillion in disaster relief on paper. Most of it never reaches damnificados — because the Registro Único de Damnificados closes 30 days after the event and half the forms get rejected on filing errors.

Why now. The 30-day RUD window on this earthquake closes ~9 September 2026. Every family that misses it loses access to UNGRD, Fondo Nacional de Gestión del Riesgo, and municipal subsidios de arriendo.

What we'd build. A guided RUD-filing app plugged into gericht.online:

• Snap a photo of the Cédula, geotag the house, upload demolition/damage photos.
• App pre-fills the RUD form correctly the first time — no ambiguous fields, no wrong Alcaldía routing.
• Schedules the Alcaldía verification visit and tracks follow-up.
• If denied, one-click tutela (constitutional writ) drafted by our lawyers.

Why it wins. Each successful RUD unlocks COP 3M–15M in state relief per family. Enrolling 500 families = COP 1.5B–7.5B unblocked at zero cost to victims.
