Colombia has COP 10 trillion in disaster relief on paper. Most of it never reaches damnificados — because the Registro Único de Damnificados closes 30 days after the event and half the forms get rejected on filing errors. The 30-day window closes ~9 Sep 2026. We'd build a guided RUD-filing app plugged into gericht.online: snap Cédula, geotag house, upload demolition photos → app pre-fills the RUD form correctly, schedules the Alcaldía verification, and drafts a one-click tutela if denied. Each successful RUD unlocks COP 3M–15M per family — 500 families = COP 1.5B–7.5B unblocked at zero cost.

Damage map — pick a house to rebuild
Donors don't want another rebuild fund. They want to point to a specific house and say I paid for that one. RAAIRO's Cali + Quibdó damage register is already collecting the raw data — GPS, photos, family, structural report, cost estimate — waiting to become a map. Public map, one pin per damaged home. Click a pin: photos (before/after/progress), family context, cost estimate, funding %. Checkout on Stripe or HappyPot → funds held under that specific address in a segregated wallet until the mason starts. Progress photos ship to the donor. Direct-mapping donors give 3–5× more than pool donors.
